Are your products physical or digital?
We offer both digital downloads and physical products. Each product page clearly states whether the item is a digital download, a physical item that will be shipped, or both.
How will I know if I'm purchasing a digital product?
Digital products are labeled as Instant Digital Download on the product page. No physical item will be shipped unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
When will I receive my digital download?
Digital downloads are delivered shortly after your purchase. You'll receive an email with your download link, and you can also access your files from your order confirmation page.
Can I print my digital products?
Yes! Our printable PDFs are designed to be printed at home or through a professional printing service. Many can also be used digitally with apps that support PDF annotation.
Can I use the journals on my iPad or tablet?
Yes. Our digital journals and worksheets can be used with note-taking apps that support PDF annotation, such as Goodnotes, Notability, or similar apps.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's delivery progress.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a physical product?
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work to make it right.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital download sales are final and cannot be refunded. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact usâwe're happy to help.

Are your journals therapy?
No. Our journals and wellness resources are designed to support mindfulness, self-reflection, and healthy habits. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
I'm new to journaling. Are these beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our journals include guided prompts and simple exercises designed for all experience levels.
Do I have to complete the journal every day?
Not at all. Move at your own pace. These tools are meant to support your well-beingânot become another task on your to-do list.
