Returns

Our return policy permits a 48-hour window for returns. This means that you have 48 hours from the moment you receive your item to request a return.

We do not accept returns on customized items!

In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior authorization. Kindly send your returns to the address below:

Damages and issues

Kindly review your order upon receipt and reach out to us promptly if you encounter any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item. This will allow us to investigate the matter and rectify the situation accordingly.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customized, open or used merchandise. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please contact us. Regrettably, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We regret to inform you that we are unable to process any exchanges at this time.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly inform you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
