📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.
Made-to-order items, including journals, tumblers, and bundles, may require 3–7 business days for preparation before shipping.
During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
✨ Free standard shipping on orders over $50
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
❗ Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Unwind Within is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or delayed packages once in transit
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please contact us at
support@unwindwithinco.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you.
📢 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
